A man's barn bespoke his worth as a man.
It expressed his earthly aspirations and
symbolized the substance

I like how it has a smaller building next to it---they make a nice pair. But the bigger barn can hold it's head high--it's still got plenty of useful days left. I like the foundation and the radiant green grass. Lovely.

barns have a way of dwarfing the other buildings around them, don't they?!

Another barn with a downstairs...I tend to really like the ones with a ram up to one level...while there is a level below it.

The barns definitely catch my eye, especially how tall & square the big one is, but that green grass is sooo beautiful!

Great find & I love that poem... I stole it from one of your previous posts & added it on my blog. LoL! =)

Thanks so much for joining Barn Charm

Hi Lee, I'm stopping by on a barn charm tour; it's very nice to meet you. I've always loved barns that have the grassy ramp/incline leading to those huge double doors. I love that quote, and your photo of this charming barn. happy Tuesday to you.

Lee, I'm a "middle" gal, too! That's a neat barn. I am touring all the barns on Tricia's barn charm and feeling very charmed!

Needs love, but it's a great barn.
