Let the hunt begin...

Shades of Purple - monochromatic colour
Chrokinole Boards are circle in circle in circle etc.
My daughter wearing my scarf.
The phone that hung on the kitchen wall when
I was growing up, now hangs in my kitchen.

Scavenger Hunt time again.
Here is what I came up with this week.
This is a literal 'street photograph', taken from 'behind' the camera,
on a 'Sunny Day' 'from a distance.' Groan.
Here's the rest.
1. Street Photograph
I took this picture when we were driving down
the highway. No, I wasn't the one driving.
2. From a Distance
We were able to see this waterfall this
week, from a distance.
This is absolutely a sun-filled day.
Two of my sons on the deck of a warship we were
able to tour this week. See the habour behind them,
that's a lot of liquid.
Our family went for a walk. I was walking along behind
them as they were playing a rousing game of tag.

Today, we took a family field trip to the
HMCS (Her Majesty's Canadian Ship) Haida.
It is the last surviving Tribal
Class Destroyer from WWII. We got to have a
tour and learn lots of interesting
facts about the Royal Canadian Navy.
The crow's nest way up high.

Sunday Scavenger Hunt Time
The focus is on the pencil crayons in my daughter's hand,
blurring the others on the table in the background.
2. Process of Elimination
The shot is of the tree with the tire swing.
I eliminated the small tree beside it.
Because the colour in the original was not very pleasing,
I eliminated the colour and went with black and white.
I think after the eliminations, the tree with the swing
is showcased better.
It is said that you should tie a string around your
finger to remember something. But, I would
never remember why the string is on my finger.
My son became a part of this statue.
5. Flying High
